Nokia has deployed a commercial LTE network in Algeria for the state-owned operator Algérie Télécom, Lteworld.org reports, adding that Nokia used its Single RAN Advanced solution on its Flexi Multiradio 10 Base Station.

Nokia also deployed its cloud-ready NetAct for network management across technologies and did network planning and optimization, network implementation, and provided such services as hardware and software as well for network rollout. It also provided a security solution, which included a solution from Juniper Networks, to protect both the operator’s network assets and end user privacy.
