Philippines mobile operator Smart Communications has launched its Jump-In LTE SIM, a special SIM oriented to students. Available at 15 Filipino pesos ($0.34) in Smart stores nationwide, the Smart Jump-IN SIM comes with unlimited texts to all networks, valid for two days, Telecompaper.com reports.
