Vodafone Portugal has pushed forward its first LTE-Advanced (Carrier Aggregation) device, capable of reaching download speeds of 300 Mbps on its 4G network, namely the Vodafone 4G B4000 router, reports Telecompaper.com.

At a speed of 300-Mbps Vodafone customers can, for example, download a 1-GB file in about 27 seconds. For now, the router supports up to 64 users connected simultaneously and has a range of 300 meters.

The Vodafone 4G B4000 is available for 299.90 euros ($405.57). At this early stage, it can be purchased for 149.90 euros under certain conditions. The 300-Mbps mobile Internet tariff will be available shortly.
