Mobile network operators around the world are very active to stimulate the global deployment of several kinds of mobile Near Field Communications (NFC) services. For example the GSMA has initiated an NFC program to stimulate the NFC ecosystems. A couple of Asian mobile operators have teamed up to create a seamless NFC experience for consumers travelling across national borders.
