Bailiffs have imposed a ban on a tender for 1,980-2,000 MHz frequencies, for Russian state radio frequencies commission SRFC, reports Telecompaper.com on Oct 13, 2014. The tender could present obstacles for the implementation of a court decision on the allocation of the band for operator Antares. SRFC has also been banned from carrying out any registering activities related to the band. Antares won a legal dispute on the band allocation.
