Mr. Qin Fei graduated from China Academy of Telecommunication Technology. He began his career on 3G TD-SCDMA research and simulation since 2001, now has 22 years’ career experience on the 3G/4G/5G/6G research and standardization, and more than 400 patent applications.

He joined vivo Mobile Communication Co. ltd since 2016, and established vivo Communications Research Institute. The institute focuses on the cellular mobile communication technology research and standardization. He leads the institute to be a most active player in 3GPP 5G standardization. Till now vivo has more than 12,000 5G technical contributions to 3GPP.

Mrs. Tang Xue, Master Degree of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. After graduation, Mrs. Tang Xue joined ZTE and quickly became a key R&D employee and chief engineer. In 2010, she became the director of GSM&UMTS Product Planning Dept., and maintained long-term and in-depth communications with customers from global top tier telecom operators. She is good at the understanding of industry trend and customer demands, and committed to design competitive products and innovative solutions. Since 2019, she became the vice General Manager of RAN product line and took charge in RAN product planning.
