He has contributed to the design, standardization,development of 4G TD-LTE, 5GC-V2X system. Dr. Chens achievements have won multiple top awards by China central governmenthonors, especially, the Grand Prize of National Award for ScientificTechnological Progress, China in 2016. He is the Area Editor of IEEE Internet of Things Journal, the Editor of IEEE Networkof China Communications,the guest editor for IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Communications MagazineIEEE TVT,served as TPC ChairMember of many international conferences. His current research interests include B5G6G mobile communications, Vehicular communication Networks (V2X), Internet of Things (IoT).

Joseph Teng is the Product Development Chief of Green Packet’s Global Solutions Group. Joseph has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT & Telecommunications industry. He has been with Green Packet since 2010led the product team in development of various WiMAXLTE modems. Moving forward he will lead the product team to designproduce wireless devices, applicationsservices that enable the delivery of TDD/ 5G wireless broadband experiences.

Mr. Gan joined Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd. in 1998,has more than 20 years of experience in wireless R&D, product planning and management. Mr. Gan Bin had been the vice president of 5G Wireless Network Product Line, responsible for 5G RAN-related work, including 5G product planning, development, marketing,collaborative industry promotion. Mr. Gan, has a deep understanding of wireless market, technology evolutionsolution requirements.
Howard Tsao is the CTO of Broadband Networks for ITRI. Howard has more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications industry. He joined ITRI in 2016leads the teams for 4G+/5G experimental network development, OT industry R&Dbusiness development, international cooperation strategy planningexecution, etc. Prior to this job, Howard has held several senior positions at Taiwan Operators. He was previously EVP/COO of Taiwan International Gateway Company, CTO of Global Mobile,VP of Fareastone.
Mr. Aidy Zhang Qi is currently the VP of Global TD-LTE for Nokia Networks. Aidy has over ten years’ professional experiences in software development, wirelessmobile industry in areas of network, devicesservices. He joined Nokia Networks in 2002 as the first batch of employees in Hangzhou site. He has been holding various management positions in Nokia China R&D centers, including Project Manager, Head of WCDMA, Head of OSS, Site Manager of Chengdu R&D Center, etc. Mr. Zhang graduated from Zhejiang University with the degree in ComputerSoftware,Master of Business Management. He holds an MBA degree from ENPC.
Dr. Edward G. Tiedemann, Jr. is a Qualcomm Fellowa Senior Vice President of Engineering of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. He leads Qualcomm’s worldwide standardizationindustry organization activities. Dr. Tiedemann was instrumental in the designdevelopment of the TIA/EIA/IS-95 CDMA system, also called cdmaOne™. He led Qualcomm’smuch of the industry’s efforts in the designdevelopment of the third-generation cdma2000®system.
Dr. Tiedemann holds the Ph.D. degree from MIT where he worked in the areas of queueing theorycommunications networks. He holds the Master of Science degree from Purdue University where he worked on bandwidth efficient modulation. He also holds the Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic InstituteState University (Va Tech).
As Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Qorvo, Inc., James is responsible for driving Qorvo’s long term market, technology and M&A roadmaps. James joined Qorvo in 2020. Prior to joining Qorvo, James was Vice President and General Manager of Qualcomm’s RFFE Business Unit. James led building the business unit from its creation in 2015 through direct hiring and acquisition. Before Qualcomm, James was Vice President of Marketing at Broadcom/Avago’s Wireless Semiconductor Division from 2008 to 2015. James has been in the RFFE industry for over 34 years. James has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
Dr. Yunsang Park is a senior vice president in Samsung Electronicscurrently responsible to commercialize modem, IMS solutionsadvanced technologies in Samsung’s new devices. Before he took current responsibility, he had designeddeveloped cellular modems for Samsung. He had led designdevelopment of the world first commercialized WiMax modem chipset. Also, he had led the designdevelopment of world first commercialized LTE chipset. It was successfully commercialized with Samsung device in the TeliaSonera, a Swedish cellular operator at the fall of 2009. He received Ph.D degree in electrical engineering at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1996.
Graduating from the Institute of Power Mechanical Engineering at Tsing Hua University, Ben possesses professional technical background as well as vision for R&D innovation. With over 10 years of product developmentmanagement experience in the Industrial Technology Research InstituteInternational Integrated Systems Inc., he joined Sercomm as one of the founders in 1992, leading the research team in developing various core technologies, including Internet communications software/firmware integration servicesR&D of Internet Protocols, which later proved to be the foundation stone of Sercomm’s success as a leader in broadband telecommunications domain.
