Sprint expands LTE network to 41 more cities

Sprint announced it has expanded its LTE network to 41 more cities, on Tues, April 29, Telecompaper.com reports, explaining that the LTE network now covers more than 225 million people and is on track to cover 250 million by mid-year.

Sprint Spark, an improved LTE service with peak wireless speeds of 60Mbps, is available in six new cities and is expected to cover 100 million people by year’s end. These LTE data speeds are now available to customers on Long Island, New York, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Phoenix, Arizona, while those in Newark, New Jersey, Oakland, California, Orlando, Florida, Tacoma, Washington, Waukegan, Illinois, and West Palm Beach, Florida will also benefit from faster speeds thanks to Sprint Spark.
