Huawei to support Russian Railways networks
Huawei has signed a cooperation agreement with the state-owned railway carrier Russian Railways, reports Telecompaper.com quoting Gudok.ru, to help the carrier develop and expand data centers, data transmission networks and backbone networks using DWDM and IP technologies. Staff from Huawei will also join in upgrading and expanding GSM-R and LTE networks of the carrier, as well as its audio and video-conferencing systems.
