Surfline Communications has opened LTE services in Ghana and is testing the network with several hundred users in the Accra area, Telecompaper.com reports. The service is initially targeting businesses and will be available in Accra and Tema.

CEO Yaw Akoto said the 4G broadband offer will be expanded to other parts of the country later. Surfline Communications is a Ghanaian-owned private company established in 2011 to provide wireless broadband connectivity.
