Orange Romania\'s LTE network is available to 50 percent of Romania\'s population and the telecom operator has reached 300,000 LTE-active devices in the network, Telecompaper.com reported on Aug 12, 2014. In July, Orange launched an offer through which it brought LTE to all subscriptions for no additional charge as well as promotional prices for LTE phones. Ducarroz mentioned that 10 percent of all mobile connections in the operator\'s network are LTE and that 100 percent of new mobile subscriptions have LTE. He also said 4G+ is ready for launch. The 4G+ has been available for service in a number of cities since April.
