Russian mobile operator MTS has expanded the coverage of its LTE network in the Primorye region, reported Telecompaper.com on Sept 22, 2014. The number of LTE base stations there have doubled since the launch of commercial 4G services in February. The services were expanded to six additional agglomerations: Artyom Arsenyev, Partizansk, Spassk-Dalniy, Trudovoye and Uglovoye. The coverage of the LTE network was also expanded in Vladivostok, Nakhodka and Ussuriysk.
