Kyrgyzstan operator Saima Telecom has introduced a fixed Internet promotion for new subscribers, Telecompaper.com reported on Sept 22, 2014. Customers connecting to the services are offered free services for a month, and the promotion is accessible when paying a subscription for the second month. Saima Telecom provides fixed Internet over Ethernet and ADSL technologies; the operator also provides LTE services.
