Vodafone Fiji has announced that it is now ready to provide 4G on all 4G capable Apple devices, including the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, reported Telecompaper.com on Sept 22, 2014. Vodafone launched its 4G LTE network in December 2013 and has since been working with Apple to develop and deploy a special software release that supports 4G on capable Apple products in Fiji.

There are currently around 25,000 Apple devices registered on Vodafone Fiji’s network. Vodafone Fiji also reports it has already received over 1,000 preorders for the new iPhone 6. Vodafone plans to commercially launch the iPhone 6 in Fiji in early October.
