Estonian mobile operator Elisa, in cooperation with Huawei, has started a project on the upgrade of its LTE network in the city of Tallinn, Telecompaper.com writes on Nov 18, 2014. Some 280 new base stations will be deployed under the project, of which 100 base stations already by the end of the year. The rest will be constructed by the end of the first quarter of 2015. The first stage of the project is expected to be completed in mid-December. Elisa aims to triple the density of the network in the capital city and double it across the country.
