Lithuanian mobile operator Omnitel is offering subscribers of its Ezys prepaid service the opportunity to access its LTE network at special tariffs, Telecompaper.com writes on Nov 18, 2014. Its 4G grid now covers an area comprising 70 percent of the country\'s population. Omnitel launched its LTE services in April 2011. The operator is currently testing LTE Advanced technologies.
